At present, Trenca is carrying out a dissemination and awareness work, mainly through the production and the spreading of educational materials, talks at schools and universities, dissemination of projects and initiatives in the media as well as the participation in various events (fairs, conferences).

We also organize open events or activities where people participate. For instance, on September the 1st, to celebrate the International Vulture Awareness Day, we make a public call to meet at the SPF for scavenger raptors that Trenca has opened in Isona i Conca Dellà. That day everybody can enjoy the natural spectacle that is a carrion feast. Ravens, black and red kites, griffon vultures, black vultures and Egyptian vultures (and with a bit of luck, a bearded vulture) usually take part.

Between 2010 and 2013 more than 1400 students listened to any of our talks. All of them received informational materials, such as folders, posters, notebooks, story books, etc.

If you are a teacher and you are interested in we giving a talk on our conservation / sustainable development projects at your school or university, please do not hesitate to contact us:
