Orders

How we will accept your order. We accept his order when we’ll send you an e-mail confirming that the product is available together with the numeral of the bank account where has to realise the payment.

If we cannot accept your order. We will inform you of this and will not charge you for the product. This might be because the product is out of stock, because we have identified an error in the price or description of the product or because we are unable to meet a delivery deadline.

For purchases from the Balearic Islands, Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or if the order is from another country, please write to: salvatge[@]trenca.org.

Our products

Products may vary slightly from their pictures. The images of the products on our website are for illustrative purposes only. Although we have made every effort to display the colours accurately, we cannot guarantee that a device’s display of the colours accurately reflects the colour of the products. Your product may vary slightly from those images.

Products may be unavailable. Where items are temporarily unavailable for any reason, this will be indicated on our website. Please note that we may withdraw items from sale in the event we run out of stock or for any other reason and we may do so at any time and without notice.

Price and payment

The prices displayed on our website include VAT and are displayed in Euros. We take all reasonable care to ensure that the price of the product advised to you is correct.

When the price is different for any typographical error we will notify you by email before proceeding to the shipment of the product.

Offers and promotions. Offers and promotions that may be in effect simultaneously are not cumulative.

How you must pay. The payment method is by Bank Transfer.

You will receive an email confirming the order and we will inform you of the number of our bank account where you can make the payment.

The client will assume the expenses derived from the operation.

If you think a payment is wrong please contact us promptly to let us know.

An order is considered formalized when Trenca has proof of payment thereof.

Trenca can reject any order, even if paid. In this case, the entire amount paid will be refunded.

Cash on delivery is not accepted.

Delivery

We will let you know when we will provide the products to you. You will receive an email confirming dispatch and, depending on our chosen carrier, you may receive a separate email from us that will detail how to track your order when it has left the warehouse.

Shipping costs will be €7 for orders under 10 kg weight for destinations within the peninsula.

For upper purchases to €100 the sending expenses will be free in the peninsula.

For shipments to the Canary Islands, Balearic Islands, Ceuta and Melilla or greater than 10 kg write to salvatge[@]trenca.org. Please, contact us to know the costs for these destinations or if the order is from another country.

We are not responsible for delays outside our control. If our supply of the products is delayed by an event outside our control then we will contact you as soon as possible to let you know and we will take steps to minimise the effect of the delay. Provided we do this we will not be liable for delays caused.

We do not accept shipments to post office boxes.

Billing

If you need an invoice, you must provide your legal information on the purchase form: name and surname or company name, address, VAT Registration Number and Company Registration Number.

Cancellations and returns

If you cancel your order before it is dispatched, we will refund all sums you have paid to us for that order within 14 days of you telling us you want to cancel.

If you cancel your order once you have received it, please return the product to us as soon as possible and not later than 14 days of you telling us you want to cancel. You will be responsible for the costs of returning the product, and we will refund the purchase price within 14 days of receiving the product back.

If you change your mind for any reason, including if you change your mind, within 14 days of receiving your product unless your product is:

  • personalized;
  • likely to deteriorate or expire rapidly;
  • that has been opened after delivery;
  • has become mixed inseparably with other items after delivery

If you want to return a product once received, in case of not being satisfactory, you have 14 calendar days from the receipt of the order to return the goods.

Returns of products that by their nature, once unsealed, can not be repacked as originally, can not be accepted.

In the case that the order arrives in defective conditions or the order is wrong, please contact us by email as soon as possible. Only in these cases, we will send a transport company to pick up the merchandise at no additional cost to you.

Very important: check the status of the package before signing the delivery note of the carrier and note any anomaly detected. We can not be responsible or accept claims for this reason if no written record or image that serves as documentary evidence is left.

If upon opening the package detects breakages, shrinkage, or any error that does not match the requested or invoiced, contact us immediately.

Your personal information

We will use the personal information you provide us to process your order and supply the products to you. Your data will become part of the property and responsibility file of the Trenca Association. As otherwise set out in our Privacy Policy
