Trenca Association considers that the protection of personal data of children under 14 years of age is essential, so that in the event that the user is a children under 14 years of age, he can only provide your personal data in the forms of the website with the consent of the parents or legal representative and sending the form signed by email and with a copy of the identity card, passport or equivalent document of the parent or guardian to the following email: protecciodades[@]trenca.org.

The LOPD establishes special protection for children under 14 years of age by considering them as the most fragile sector and by their dependence on parents or legal guardians.

Article 13.1 of the LOPD Regulation indicates:

“Data may be processed for those over 14 years of age with their consent, except in those cases in which the Law requires the assistance of the holders of parental authority or guardianship for their provision. In the case of children under 14 years of age, the consent of the parents or guardians will be required.”

Personal data of children under 14 years of age can only be collected and treated with the express consent of their parents or legal guardians.

The Trenca Association does not respond to those data of children under 14 years of age who without being able to know this fact have been provided without the consent of the parents or guardians.

Authorization of assignment of Rights of Image

Those attending our activities give their consent and authorize the Trenca Association the right to use the photographs and videos made, for an indefinite period and without geographical limits, in order to disseminate information through our website, in the social networks such as Facebook, Instagram or Twitter, on YouTube or Vimeo channels and other means that the Internet can offer

For this purpose and as established by Organic Law 1/1982, of May 5, on civil protection of the right to honor, personal and family privacy and to one’s own image, article 2 requires the express consent of the assistants.

“The existence of illegitimate interference in the protected area will not be appreciated when the owner of the right gives his consent to the use of the images.”
