Organized by the Catalunya – La Pedrera Foundation, they will be held next Thrusday and Friday 2nd and 3rd in Barcelona, at the La Pedrera Auditorium. Two projects where Trenca is taking part will be presented: the Lesser Grey Shrike conservation and the Black Vulture reintroduction.
“Nous reptes en conservació de la natura” (“New Challenges in Wildlife Conservation”) is the title of the meeting and debate that will be held next Thrusday and Friday 2nd and 3rd of May in Barcelona, organized by the Catalunya- La Pedrera Foundation with the collaboration of Aladula, the Institució Catalana de Història Natural, the Xarxa de Custòdia del Territori, the Departament de Territori i Sostenibilitat and the Departament de Medi Natural (DAAM).
On Friday 3rd two projects where Trenca is taking part will be presented:
.- From 9:30 to 10:00: Projecte de conservació de la trenca (Lanius minor) i gestió de la finca de Torre-ribera (ZEPA de Mas de Melons-Alfés) , by a member of Trenca, one of the entities involved in the project.
.- From 10:30 to 11:00: Projecte de reintroducció del voltor negre (Aegypius monachus) als Pirineus: actualització de resultats, by a member of the Fundació Catalunya-La Pedrera and a member of GREFA, two of the entities involved in the project.
